Can I return my item?

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.

Returns
You may return any non-custom item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is returned in its original, unused and resellable condition with all packaging included.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom-manufactured or personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

How to Return
To start a return, please contact us via the contact us page. We’ll provide return instructions and address details. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Unless the item is faulty or damaged you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipment.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 working days after confirmation for the refund to appear.

How do you make these items?

l our products are designed and 3D printed using profesional quality 3D printing equipemnt in our studio in Milton Keynes, UK. Each piece is carefully produced using high-quality PLA or similar materials, then finished by hand to ensure a clean, modern look and consistent quality.

Why is the surface of my item rough?

Our products are 3D printed layer by layer, which means slight texture or visible layer lines are a normal part of the process. These subtle details are a hallmark of 3D printing and reflect the unique, hand-finished nature of each piece.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

All our products are made to order in our Milton Keynes studio. Please allow 1–5 working days for manufacturing before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days within the UK via tracked courier service. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
